DOWNLOAD PDF KOLO Daytime Running Light & Hand Brake Alarm The KOLO is an intelligent, universal, stand-alone Key-On Lights On with Hand-Brake Alarm all in one control module for most 12 volt vehicles on the market today. Key-On Lights On While the ignition is turned on, the KOLO monitors the vehicle battery. Once the battery begins to receive charge, the system will switch on the vehicle’s Low Beam and Park Light. High Beam Operation The KOLO willl cancel the Low Beam while the High Beam is engaged for more than three seconds. This prevents overheating the vehicles headlight assemblies where both high beam and low beam filaments contained in the same globe housing. Handbrake Alarm The KOLO monitors both the Handbrake and Driver Door. If the driver’s door is opened while the handbrake is not engaged, the system will sound a Warning Buzzer. The alarm can only be reset by applying the handbrake.
