For adults and children aged 12 years and older, the recommended dosage is 120 ml as a single dose. For children aged 2 to 12 years, the dosage is reduced to 60 ml. The preferred position for administration is lying on the left side with knees flexed or in a knee-chest position. The enema does not require warming and can be used at room temperature.
