No more worries about clearance of annoying and unattractive brackets sticking out or snagging on anything when your flagstaff is not in use. The kit includes a base plate that is mounted to the vehicle with 2 screws. The bracket installs onto the mounting plate pegs and is secured with two retaining clips.
