Drink lots of fluids (one full glass ore more). Colace clear generally produces bowel movements in one (1) to three (3) days. Recommended dosage:adults and children 12 years and over: take 1 or 2 capsules once or twice per day. Do not take more than 4 capsules in 24 hours. Children 6 – 11 years: take 1 capsule per day.
