BOND REINFORCER is applied at the end of the chemical service after shampooing. It contains highly performing active ingredients and has been developed in a thick cream to facilitate its application. It is necessary to stabilize the strengthened bonds, to deeply nourish, to seal the cuticles and to help prolong the color. BOND REINFORCER is not a conditioner.
