Category: Brand:
This package suits all KTM ‘GROUP’ 125 SX/XC 2023-on models with the new TBI (Throttle body injection) engine. (including equivalent Gasgas MC & Husqvarna TC Models) This package includes: A Billet TSP Head (Cap and Insert) A TSP ERM – See more information here: https://tsp-erm.com/product-features/ Head O-ring & Washer Kit New heat range spark plug Please note – This Must be used with a 12 degree piston! You can add one of our TSP 12 degree top end rebuild kits to your purchase, and we also suggest running a OXA or DOMA complete exhaust system which we also keep in stock. The OXA pipe has currently been proven the best between both. This kit not only gives you the best performance on the market for the best price, but also allows you to make trackside adjustments to fuel, ignition and powervalve using our ERM. This is a MUST for a 125/150SX as they do require adjustment throughout the season for changing track conditions and engine wear. These 125/150 models experience lean symptoms as the engine wears, and this can happen as early as 5 hours. This is due to the the Crankcase pressure sensor trying to make fuelling changes due to the measured piston blow-by, which can make the bike run dangerously lean. In this example, having our TSP ERM you can easily add a few more percent to the fuel table to keep your bike safe as your engine wears. This package makes a huge difference to the 125TBI over stock, with some key features being: Significant mid-top RPM performance with more over-rev More power everywhere over our non-12 degree head design Drastically improved throttle response and performance throughout the whole RPM range The ERM enables you the ability to make swift pre-set tune changes depending on conditions Both Green & White maps are tuned and the stock map switch works like normal to select between the customised maps. Smoother throttle response Better fuelling An extra ~3HP at peak power Much more enjoyable to ride All TSP mods are designed and dyno tested in-house at TSP so you can be sure you’re getting reliable performance for local conditions.
